Grandma and Grandpa Gonzalez are coming this afternoon!

We are so exicted to see them and introduce them to their little grandson! I will be posting pictures as soon as I can. I am sure they will be perfect and darling! James is napping to save up his energy. :)

Health and Baby Report

Happy to report that things are going pretty well with James and Mommy is on the mend! Hurray! Things are finally getting to start to get into a routine.

Last night James slept from 11:30 to 4:30! WOW! 5 hours! Of coarse, I was up and down checking on him to make sure he was okay, and all was well.

Now, I know some of you will be concerned that we are supposed to feed him every 4 hours no matter what, but he has been eating and eating and eating very well! He is up to eating 4 oz. at each sitting and sometimes with a small 1-2 oz snack inbetween meals. So I took a chance to let him sleep a little more. It was a small piece of heaven.

Speaking of heaven, we have officially moved back upstairs last night and I was a little apprehensive at first on how the flow of the new space would work, since we have spent the last 2 weeks on teh main floor. I was pleasently surprised that it was perfect! The little nook and his room are perfect to get everything done. (changin, feeding, dressing, etc.) That Larry, I tell ya, what a great designer and Pappa!!

Helping Hands come to the rescue - AGAIN!
My Mom and Uncle Kevin came over on Saturday to clean up our yard. What a blessing... it really needed it and Larry and I appreciated all the hard work Mom and Kevin put into making it look nice for when the Gonzalez' arrive in Minnesota!

Also, more thanks to my Mom for helping me clean up the house and get the guest room ready for our visitors. It is going to take me three life times to repay all this hard work!! Love you guys!

Me & You and a Dog Named Blue

Our dog Blue has finally warmed up to James and is protecting him as a little part of our family. Here is a picture of Pappa, Blue and JJ cuddling on the couch and Blue hangin' by James cradle in the living room.
